wonderful stay with amazing staff and a fun kids pool

Great value for a stay at Trat City Hotel. The pool area stands out with a water slide and a kids' section, perfect for families. The staff showed kindness and were very helpful, adding a warm touch to our visit. Nearby, Hapa restaurant hit the spot, serving excellent food at reasonable prices, with live music enhancing the atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice beds. On the downside, sound insulation between rooms could use improvement. Conversations from the next room were too audible, disrupting sleep for a light sleeper like me. Breakfast options also need enhancement regarding quality and variety. A couple of areas could level up the overall experience.

Family with kids will love it

I found the pool to be a major highlight, water slide and kids area were a huge hit with my family! The staff were really kind and helpful, making everything feel easy and comfortable.

I had a great time with my friends! The staff was super friendly and the bed was really comfy. We loved exploring nearby attractions like Laem Ngop Pier and Center Point Pier Ferry Terminal. For future guests, expect a pleasant stay, but maybe consider grabbing breakfast elsewhere for more options.

Comfortable room, outstanding staff, I particularly enjoyed the restful night's sleep in a quality bed and the helpful attitude of the friendly team during my stay. The location is convenient with the nearest airport just 33 km away.
